If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number and let us know what you wish to return and we will be happy to help.
To be eligible for return/refunds items must be:
- sent back within 10 days of the delivery date.
- unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, note that final sale products cannot be refunded. Sale items are final sale.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received.
- Exchanges -We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipment.
- We do not offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered."
An order can be canceled within one hour of purchase. After one hour your order reaches our fulfillment center which unfortunately means we will be unable to make any changes as your order is already being processed at the warehouse.
